Jill is the Vice President of Business and Strategic Planning at the Mount Sinai Health System. In her role she works across the organization to ensure business efficiency and growth in key market areas to ensure long-term sustainability of the health system. Her portfolio spans various areas including revenue cycle, OR efficiency, and implementing clinical partnerships or joint ventures with external healthcare organizations. She has worked at Mount Sinai for nearly two decades across multiple sectors of the organization, in both clinical and non-clinical capacities.


Seminar Speaker: Arthur Gianelli, FACHE, MBA, MPH

Arthur is the Chief Transformation Officer of the Mount Sinai Health system, as well as the President of Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital. In his role as CTO, Arthur has worked with colleagues to achieve gains in patient satisfaction across key clinical service lines and create several distinct Learning Academies for employees of the Mount Sinai Health System, most notably the Continuous Improvement Academy, which provides in-depth training in lean process improvement methods. Arthur teaches “Issues in Hospital Management” as well as “Managed Care and Healthcare Reform” to graduate students at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
